Our goal is to help you create a home that fits your lifestyle and preferences, and create a building experience that is stress-free, because it is so meticulously orchestrated by your project steward, Bruce Hafley of Timberpeg Carolina. As with any great masterpiece, it takes time. Once you've purchased land and are ready to begin, we will move quickly and carefully through a set of well-defined phases to ensure a pleasurable home designing and building experience. Whether you already have house plans, bring your own builder or don't know where to begin, we will guide you through the complete process so you achieve the home of your dreams.

As your home designer, we will develop your conceptual plans with you. We will meet to discuss your questions, ideas, concerns, priorities and budget, and ensure they are in line with your expectations. We will also visit your site to ensure we take advantage of its natural assets: sun and shade, access, privacy and distant views. Once we are familiar with your goals, we will prepare floor plans and exterior elevation sketches, a working estimate and a realistic timetable for creating your new home.

Careful planning, designing, budgeting and scheduling are essential to the success of every project. We have the knowledge, experience & expertise not only to design your home, but to find a qualified builder.

Do you already have a builder?

Some clients come to us with a preferred builder in mind. That's great! As long as they have the desire to work with an exciting product, we'll be happy to educate them throughout the process. What we have found is that TIMBERPEG® homes are so extraordinary, that many builders report they are more engaged in the building process because what they see taking shape before their eyes is a masterpiece. This has real benefits to the homeowner because of the assured confidence in the quality of construction that will be received.

We've constructed several homes with first-time TIMBERPEG® builders. Our thorough architectural blueprints combined with our local support (beforehand during estimating and onsite during construction) simplifies the process. We'll help you qualify any builder you have in mind to make sure they meet TIMBERPEG® high quality standards. If you don't have a preferred builder, no need to worry. We can recommend several.
